We picked Centennial for a number reasons, but the biggest reason was that we needed someone that would help us work with our HOA and the permit office in the city. Someone that was not only competent in the construction process but also could communicate logically to these two entities. After almost 3 months we got the go ahead to start the project. Centennial Construction did an excellent job updating our deck. They removed the old deck material, cleaned the area up added a new support beam and post, and replaced the old deck lumber with composite and new railings. It looks great. The crew was friendly, neat and professional all the way. We highly recommend Centennial Construction.
