I hired Centennial Construction & Remodeling Services to enclose my back porch and make it into a 3 season room. Every interaction was very professional and the work done was great. I will enjoy this enclosed porch for a long time.
We’ve had problems with a leaking window frame that multiple people provided no solutions or answers to. Within one visit they were able to assess and provide the cause for the leak in minutes. They even explained that they would be too expensive to do the job (minimum job requirements). I was so impressed I might just over pay because of the professionalism and quality that exudes from talking with people that have done quality work for 30+ years.
Very pleased with our patio addition! The construction was superior. The ceiling was an added touch of quality. The workers were wonderful and on time. They were very respectful of property, knowledgeable, and courteous.
This is our 2nd project with Centennial and it was a no-brainer to call them back 5 years later to do two of our bathrooms at the same time. As parents of special needs children, communication has always been incredibly important and they were once again excellent at letting us know what was going on and what was going to happen next. Brent and his entire crew were polite, professional and knew what they were doing. Great quality of work that will last a long time. I am very happy and pleased that we selected CC&R to put on a screened in porch for us!!! I would recommend them for any project.
