This place is in foreclosure as of March 14th 2018. The management company is trying to get students to sign leases despite this in hopes that it will entice a buyer for the property. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
I would like to know why are you still taking rent payments if the apartment complex is in foreclosure? Why were the students without hot water? Will they be compensated? The manager is unprofessional and seems to know not a damn thing.
Looks nice from the outside, but the management is atrocious!! If there is an issue there is never anyone available to speak with. They either are on a conference call or just left for the day. Just because it is gated and has security doesn't mean you should feel secure there. It took 3 months and several trips to the office to get the front door to lock securely, and the plugins to work. This was the worst year of our life! The management(Keisha Caneron) was the worst! Please think twice about spending your money here. Know that this is a mortgage company. The furniture is old, there we're cuts and burns on the counter, a hole in the inside of the tub. The day my son moved in they closed dwn the poor, he's never been able to take advantage of the amenities they advertise! I just feel ripped off this is the worst experience of my life!
