I was patient here approx. a year ago... staff was very professional and did a great job in my opinion under at some very adverse situations!
got clean after a 5 year stint with fent. highly recommend if you have some mental health issues and addictions. very supportive staff, lots of things to do.
Whoever is working pm shift today august 12 on phones for the first person you speak to when you call… needs training in how to speak to people like decent human beings. is it hard to be kind? is it difficult to not speak to people rudely? yikes.
I had the great pleasure of being treated by three absolutely incredible nurses at the Ponoka Centre: Carlo, Greg, and Gyn. I was a difficult patient to work with because finding a vein on me is practically a magic trick, but they handled it every time with calmness, professionalism, and kindness. They made a challenging treatment process (ketamine therapy) so much more manageable with their patience and support.
