Centennial Bank in Spring Hill, FL. is very Discriminating and Prejudice against Minority Hispanic Business Owners. Every Time I would go into the Bank they would scrutinize every transaction I did. The Branch Manager would always run up and look behind the lady teller who was doing my transaction. Even Got to the point where I would stop going inside and go through the drive thru and still they would do the same thing. They made me feel like a criminal. I've primarily had most of my dealings with Searcy branches and not that they were rude but just very business like, where on the other hand the Beebe branch was so friendly and kind and not just one in particular person but every one I encountered. They went above and beyond to assist me in any way. Highly recommended this bank and especially this branch! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Been a customer for years, always paid on time. Customer service from certain employees representing the bank is unprofessional and below par for what should be considered acceptable.
I love Centennial Bank... But I hate this location. Every time my husband or I go into this specific branch it's a hassle. They treat us terrible. They don't like to help you. If your miserable at your job go somewhere else. As a banker your supposed to be helpful and polite to the people bringing their money to you. Instead we leave feeling depleted and frusterated. I will make sure to avoid this branch until they fire the current bankers.
I am so dissaointed with this bank. I over drafted my account by $7 and they closed off my account. Now I can understand if it was a lot more than $7 but come on! And they did not even notify me in advance that they would close my account because of this -7 dollars. I found out on my own when I tried to log into my online banking and it wouldn't let me so I called them to find out that they completely closed my account because of the negative 7 dollar balance. I love Marine Bank! Friendly staff and great service. Only wish I could have taken them with me when I moved.
