I have been banking with Centennial Bank for about eight years, and until recently, I always had a great experience. Previous staff members, including Rob (former branch manager) and Robin (former teller), provided excellent customer service and truly cared about helping customers. Unfortunately, they no longer work at this branch. My recent experience with the current branch manager, Savannah Brock, has been extremely disappointing.
