Umpqua has some really rude customer service reps. I’m not a member but received a call about someone using my name from an debt agency and Umpqua was involved. I called for a piece of mind and they refused to help me over the phone. The lady did not want to help me because I said I was not a member and she thought it was “wierd that I called a number to the branch directly” Well you guys have local numbers posted on google for anyone to call. First and last interaction with this financial insitution.
