So completely disappointed We put a deposit on a cargo trailer June 5. Promised that we would have it first week of July or July 9th at the latest. Our plan is to use it to move from PEI to BC. The first week of July we call Adam our salesman to find out the status. No call back. I drop by the store the next day and he tells me that he has to ask the manager who is not in the store, what the status is. A promise to call me. No call. Went to the S'Side dealership hoping they were better than the Ch'Town dealership. I went there to buy a scooter. I was approved for financing. They told me they were going to bring the scooter to me and I could sign the papers then. Never heard from them again. They never emailed. They never phoned. I never contacted them in any way to say I changed my mind. Watch what they say when they answer this.
