I went outside and looked at my patio and saw a really massive amount of ants going up the wall and across my patio. I have never seen so many ants in my life. I put in a maintenance request and the first couple days nothing had changed finally I noticed a bunch of dead ants on the trim, but still saw a bunch of live ones on the patio. I took a mixture of water and cinnamon and sprayed the patio and it seemed to help. I'm not sure if my solution worked or if someone came out and sprayed. Kitchen light bulbs died and were quickly replaced.
A lot has changed since I first moved to these apartments in 2011. A few things I really appreciated are gone like being gated during the night, sauna with pool shower, yard maintenance done by on site employees.. I still like the general location, the pool is very nice, staff is amazing, and I love that it is kept looking pretty nice. Not moving out or anything but not quite 5 stars.
The new property manager is amazing and so sweet! She left us a care package when we moved in and used her own money to buy pool toys for everyone. Honestly the best property manager I've EVER had
