I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of integrity and communication from the management team at this complex, specifically an employee named Joe. We initially applied and were denied due to some outstanding debt. Understandable. However, I called to discuss this, and Joe explicitly told us that if we paid off our largest debt, they would be "willing to work with us" despite the smaller remaining debts. Only been here 1 month, but it's looking good so far. Moved from out of state and Emely was very helpful with getting everything squared away. Inside of apartment was as advertised (good). Property seems to be kept clean. Parking spaces are very spacious. Haven't had any maintenance issues. First time using radiant ceiling heat and it seems to work pretty good. Haven't lived here long enough to comment on the nearby surrounding area, but don't see any red flags. The only con is not having an Amazon hub or similar drop box fo... read more
