Sheila Monaus and Ryan Rayburn were fantastic. We recently moved my Mom to assisted living and needed to sell her house. Prior to ever having to sign a sales agreement, Sheila and Ryan presented us with a very professional, 20 page, prospectus on the sale (e.g., comps, marketing strategy, estimate of costs and proceeds, etc). Edam Shalom and Abner Lozano are an OUTSTANDING team!! They handle every little thing to make your experience so smooth.
