Would never do business with this company due to the absolute classless and unprofessional demeanor and attitude of Lori Zeneski. Never have I been so disrespected and treated so horribly by anyone in my life but leave it up to Lori to harass and make me feel so awful. Classless is an understatement for the type of person she is.
They should rename their myhealtpays card to myhealthsteals, since Centene and their company Ambetter stole money from us, even though the store charged our personal credit card too, not them, as they denied us on the screen at the store. What a horrible insurance company, it has been a nightmare from hell. The Federal Government should not let them be on the Marketplace. Their website does not work mostly, for many weeks we cannot access the message center in their Ambetter.com which is owned by Centene Corp. Shame on them ... read more
This company is just horrible. What a nightmare. We use Ambetter through the Marketplace which this company operates and owns, but they are so bad. There website is always down. Now for more than three weeks, their message center in their Ambetter.com website you cannot access it to send a message or read anything. It just keeps saying Whoops now for three weeks.
