You pay a very high monthly fee for supposed coverage, yet when doctors or providers submit a request for authorization they give every excuse under the sun as to why authorization can't be given. Terrible company to work for they will find a reason to remove personnel or make one if necessary. Do not under any circumstances work for them they are evil.
