Aging chlorinator was not working properly and said item was discussed with staff on Tuesday, 5th August. Called to home the same afternoon and unit was taken away for checking elsewhere. Rec'd a call from Kelly on Thursday to advise it was not economic to repair & a replacement was required and that they could supply and install the replacement asap. Friday morning staff called and installed a new unit and replaced a couple of cracked connections on the filter. Staff were very helpful and new unit is operational.
Super-fast service and modest servicer cost.
Had pool pump replaced. Great work from Sarah :) Prompt and a lovely person. Very happy. Well done.. highly recommend
By far the best pool shop in Brisbane. Service has been great since I first started my pool testing and still great after my first service call….
