This was for a phone consult. I received the call at the agreed time and felt Dr Bali was interested in my case and answers my concerns.
Admin staff on the phone this morning (30th July) were so rude and condescending. I think she needs to reconsider whether this job is for her when people are calling through when feeling sick or have sick family members. It speaks volumes on how many same day appts they have.
