Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Didn't wait very long and the nurse and doctor I saw were quite thorough.
My mother and I had a terrible experience with Dr Amanda Hume. She talked over us and wouldn't listen and we had to abandon the appointment minutes in. This ended up being irrelevant to us as we did not have to pay due to no service being rendered under consumer law, but the website says existing patients in concessional categories are bulk billed. My mother had visited the clinic in 2017, but was told she was an expired patient and would have to pay as if she was totally new to the clinic.
Today, my daughter and I visited the clinic after seeing a sign for pathology services, as she needed to submit a urine sample. Upon entering, we politely asked the receptionist two simple questions: Are there toilets available on-site so she can complete the sample? Is a pathologist available today? Initially, we were told there were no toilets available, so we left to get a container from 4Cyte to take the sample home. Was an ok visit didn't find staff that friendly. As being the first time visiting I thought might have been better.
I unfortunately can't find a lot good to say about this place except for the nurse who did the intake. She was very lovely. I was in a crisis situation where my very elderly mother had been in pain and Mum was in distress. I went in with Mum. I think the gp was just having a bad day so I don't wish to name her.
