Rude vulgare receptionist by the name of caroline or could be carolina she won't say her name properly when I asked her & she also gets nasal when you try ask her questions so to make you struggle understanding what she says. I have never waited 1.5 hours for a standard doctor’s appointment in my life. There was only one other patient ahead of me, who also waited just as long. The clinic wasn’t even busy, yet Dr. Amanda Hume spent an excessive amount of time with another patient, seemingly chatting in French for nearly an hour while the rest of us waited. A 1.5-hour wait for a 10-minute consultation is absolutely diabolical. To make matters worse, I was still charged the full $85 fee despite such poor service. I will never be coming back.
