As a Spanish-speaking patient, I felt that a significant amount of time during my first appointment with Amanda Hume was spent on English explanations and pronunciation rather than medical care. Dr Amanda Jane Hume doesn’t care about client is very rude! I Asked for scripts to be renewed and she complained about renewing them even though they were highlighted red on the system in front of her she also said chemists are bulking the scripts and it’s dangerous for clients she then said she needs to be paid for her time and this will charged as a double appointment! I’ve never met a doctor more worried about money than the patient. I have reported her with lengthy detail of the appointment of everything that happened.
Amazing clinic with friendly and helpful staff. The nurse is kind and skilful and Dr Jasveer Bali has been very knowledgeable and professional during her consults. She is thorough and takes the time to explain through every bit of detail. Would definitely recommend to anyone living in the area.
