Amazing friendly property manager. You can't beat it! Tom really cares about their tenants on a personal level, and goes above and beyond. Communication is 5* and always professional and prompt, with the best a part warm friendship. I'm grateful for Tom, He really is the best!
I have known Tom for several years now. He is a man diligent with his work. He was very helpful to me with a seamless process of moving to Queensland. His honesty, dedication and timely response along with his ability to rise up to the occasion each time his attention was required for assistance with any task, I believe make him outstanding in the real estate space. He is not difficult to work with at all.
Tom Takahashi does an excellent job as Property Manager of Centenary Approach. We have found him to be personable, conscientious and very reliable. Tom has the interest of both the owners and tenants as his priority and is quick to respond to requests for maintenance attention or additional information regarding an issue.
