I had really good time there. I was lucky to find a place like there to stay for such a long time whilst growing a family. Nice, quiet and tidy community. Tom is so helpful and always sorted any problems quickly. Highly recommend for families and people who want a chill lifestyle.
Centenary Approach is a great place to live. The yards were kept in impeccable condition and the facilities on-site are very convenient. Tom is a great landlord, who is prompt at answering any queries and is always a friendly face around the complex. Would confidently recommend Centenary Approach as a great place to live.
Excellent complex run by a very helpful and competent property manager who from time to time can go above and beyond for you. I cannot recommend him enough. We lived there for 5 years and never had an issue that wasn’t easily fixed or rectified upon request.
