Tom is a very responsible and professional property manager, maintains property facilities well and react to any feedback prompt and professional, take care of each tenant move in and out well, providing sufficient and helpful informations for shopping, traffic & safety which helps a lot for us to settle down at beginning, appreciate for the considerations and highly recommend who is looking for a clean, neat and safe place to live in.
I would highly recommend this property manager. We lived in the property for three years, and the overall experience from moving in to moving out was very smooth and positive. The property was well maintained throughout our tenancy, and the garden was regularly and well looked after by the property manager. I had a good experience at this property and the property manager Tom was helpful, responsive and nice to deal with. My only suggestion for the complex is to plant more greenery around the entrance and along the common road. Overall it was a positive experience.
I’ve been renting at Centenary Approach for nearly 7 years and have really enjoyed the peaceful environment and excellent location, with easy access to the train, major motorways, local shops, parks, and Mount Ommaney Shopping Centre. A special mention to the complex manager, Tom, who has been exceptional—always responsive, helpful with maintenance requests, noise issues, rental matters, and even lost parcels. Overall, a very positive renting experience and highly recommended.
Tom has been very good to us. He answers all our queries and gets things done straightaway. So easy to talk to and was very helpful! We cannot recommend him enough! Thanks again Tom! All the best
