I had really good time there. I was lucky to find a place like there to stay for such a long time whilst growing a family. Nice, quiet and tidy community. Tom is so helpful and always sorted any problems quickly. Highly recommend for families and people who want a chill lifestyle.
Centenary Approach is a great place to live. The yards were kept in impeccable condition and the facilities on-site are very convenient. Tom is a great landlord, who is prompt at answering any queries and is always a friendly face around the complex. Would confidently recommend Centenary Approach as a great place to live.
Excellent complex run by a very helpful and competent property manager who from time to time can go above and beyond for you. I cannot recommend him enough. We lived there for 5 years and never had an issue that wasn’t easily fixed or rectified upon request.
Tom is very friendly and always happy to help tenants where possible. The units and complex were kept very neat and tidy. A great place to stay. The location was very convenient - close to local shopping complexes with supermarkets and larger shopping centres. Highly recommend.
