This pool company is phenomenal, not only did they do an amazing job on my pool but the customer service from the owner was beyond incredible. Of course with any job that’s being done outside you have to be aware that weather has to permit in order for the job to proceed. I had to wait a whole month when a monsoon hit Houston but once the job commenced it was done timely. Francisco kept me up to date and his workers did a great job.
He took the money to remodel our pool but will not fix the bad work that was done. He removed an existing return jet that should not have been removed and now nothing moves on half of the pool. The plaster is HORRIBLE and we’ve tried for over a year to get him to come correct the problem. He does not answer and never shows up when he says he will. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! CROOK!
