Could not ever get the owner to get the finish applied properly, we chose orange peel and paid extra for this, they sent a tech back numerous times and each time it was shoddy repair and the texture was never consistent, the owner asked several times for me to pay because of the travel time and the labor cost, this should have been done right the first time and included in the $13,457 I paid for the drywall job, Mr Cepeda does not honor any warranty or quality workmanship.
They were on time very knowledgeable they went beyond answered my question then help me navigate other projects in my home!!!! This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE for me and my family!!!! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST!!!!!! IF HAVE ANY OTHER PROJECTS I DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN THANKS GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!!!
They did an amazing job repairing a hole in the drywall. I would totally recommend them.
We had a great experience with Centenario Drywall Solutions. They called back within the hour the same day we requested an estimate, and was able to come out that day. Due to water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, we needed 1-2 pieces of Sheetrock replaced. They replaced the sheet rock, taped, floated, and textured extremely well. (we painted ourselves) They were always in communication with us, put down plastic to catch the old Sheetrock and cleaned up after they were finished working. They arrived on time, took care of everything I needed, cleaned up all the leftover debris without being asked, and even moved the furniture back. Most importantly, the repairs look quality and the texture was matched nicely to the existing drywall. Overall great communication, very professional, and all for a fair price. I’d be happy to hire them again for drywall repairs when the need arises. Thank you!
