I worked as a MIG and TIG Welder here for 5 months. In my time. I saw a GREAT deal of Welders getting fired. Never making it to 6 months. I worked nights, I was given a 50cent raise for my "Hard work" and for being a "top producer" I was quite disappointed with the measly raise. I was told I should be happy. That their wages are very "competitive". My pay rate was not what it was supposed to be. They cut hours but let they're favorites continue the OT for good pay.
