The people at the Cancer Center in McHenry are what makes it great. Both my husband and I were welcomed and treated with the utmost in care and compassion even though only one of us was the patient. The radiology team members are knowledgeable, experts in their field. compassionate and caring. Most importantly, they listen. I highly recommend them to anyone who has to seek this type of treatment.
Sadly, if you receive any sort of state insurance, your (or your loved ones) life will be completely disregarded. NWM found a tumor on my mom’s liver on April 4th of this year. She has still received no treatment for this, despite them telling us repeatedly that it is potentially an extremely rare and aggressive type of cancer. We do not even know what stage she’s in! Dr Shareff has been my doctor since I got cancer. She is the best doctor I have had in my 68 years. Never have I felt so cared for and safe.
