I am very upset. My therapist was good. But I only missed 1 appointment and they cancelled the rest of them. I don't know where they come up with I missed more.

My doctor used to be affiliated with Centegra. If I ever had a problem with a refill, or whatever, I could call his office, (sometimes after hours!), and talk to a nurse, and the problem would get resolved. Then, Centegra merged with Northwestern Medicine, and everything changed, and not for the better. Now, it is virtually impossible to talk to anyone in my doctor's office. My wife Marguerite Baranov has been coming to this physical therapy center for approximately 2 months. Her therapist is Michael Rdden. Michael is very thorough and knowledgeable about vertigo. He works with Marguerite for the entire appointment. Vertigo is very difficult to treat but Michael has been doing different types of therapy to help her get a handle on this difficult issue. For the first time She has felt there is hope. Has been suffering with vertigo for 3 years.
