Inaccurately billed twice and have to pay $800 for an IV that wasn’t even inserted correctly. Had to wait for them to fix it for the fluid to even be administered. No idea where they get these people from or why they have the audacity to bill as high as they do. AVOID

The physical therapy department is up to date on therapies. The staff are helpful, kind and accommodating. All precautions are taken for the covid virus. This is a good facility to come to for your therapy,. ADA accessible

BEWARE!!! I was told several times that my sons insurance would cover the therapy visits. In fact each and every visit(19 in total) that there was no out of pocket cost no balance and the insurance is covering the visits. Exactly 1 month after completing therapy they send a bill for $5,500. That is about $289 per 20 minute therapy visit! That is ridiculous and absurd!!! I highly recommend running from this place and avoid the whole northwestern regime in Mchenry county at all costs!

If I could rate a 0 I would. Went here for pelvic physical therapy with Elvie. Treated poorly. Felt discriminated. Would not recommend. No one should make someone feel the way this person made me feel. So unprofessional.
