Very shady! Don’t bother selecting a PCP here. Centegra will charge you your copay then a month later bill you a $130 “facility fee” that your insurance will not cover. Make sure to go to a PCP that’s not in a hospital like this otherwise they’ll just make up random fees to charge you. What a terrible way to treat patients. This is literally what’s wrong with the healthcare system.
Brought my children to Dr Redlich for 4-5 years. We often waited quite a while in the room but while she was with us she was very focused and attentive to my children’s needs. I was sad to have to leave her due to an insurance change but happy to be away from Centegra!
