Terrible service to interact with. Basically a scam. You can only switch out your mask once. The techs that help fit masks are impatient and rude. They charge you for equipment that if you don't use and is unopened, you cannot return without a restocking fee. Following being shipped equipment, I had an appt with my doctor who suggested I try a new mask (after the 2 that I was fitted by this company did not work). Not open on weekends and no plan for issues like broken cpap machines which can be a life threatening health issue.
They just keep throwing masks at you without trying to figure out the root cause of why your having issues wearing the mask. You are just a number, and when they realize you won't be buying the medical supplies through them they are even less helpful. I was billed for two things "mask with included headgear" and "headgear for mask". Why would you be billed for something that was included in the first line item. If you are looking to buy a CPAP through them, if you go to CPAP.com you can save over $1,000 just on the machine.
One would think this business would have web access for customers to view and download their invoices and receipts. But no, they have not yet joined even the twentieth century. I had to call several different locations in order to get a call back from a customer service rep who will be emailing me a copy of my receipt. I was tempted to give one star, but everyone I spoke with was very helpful and understood how crazy this was.
