More and more the "Fast-growing Centegra Health System" is going down the drain. Everything is now automated - what happened to being able to talk to someone, even if it is to refill a prescription or leave a message for your doctor? Everyone who works at Centegra that I have encountered have always been top notch (except for Dr. Money Hungry Nader) and it's too bad that the boys in the Ivory tower, reaping in the big bucks don't give a crap.
