Went in for an ultrasound of a vein that was hard waited for two hours after the image was taken had to check in with staff multiple times as to why I was waiting so long and their response was “ we can’t find a doctor to review the ultrasound images.” There’s a total example of putting the patient first!
Scheduled here because I was told I could do an Open MRI here. I am extremely claustrophobic so I drove out of my way to this. When I asked if it was an open MRI, I was answered with “Well, it’s open on the ends. You’ll be fine.” Insanely rude response considering any tech would understand what I meant and just reflected the lack of compassion for my anxiety. Turns out they never even had an Open MRI here!! Why even schedule me an hour away from home if you couldn’t provide the service I needed? Will never go back.
Charged $1990 for an ultrasound (prenatal). Just glad to have insurance...hope this info helps anyone out there.
