Great experience. I walked out feeling so much better. I like how he explained what he was doing and showed me stretches I could do at home to receive even more relief. I am excited to experience life pain free. It's been a long time. I highly recommend. You don't have to live in misery. Everyone deserves to be able to live life pain free. ❤️
Just one short 30 minute session with Derek helped my muscle tension and pain in my back and spine that I am going back ASAP for a longer session! Honestly his place is the first that I have walked out with less pain than when I came in. He really knows his work and knows how to make the experience comfortable for the client.
