We retained this firm to prepare our PPM. We iniitally spoke with Franks (not an attorney) and he addressed our questions and concerns. We told Frank we had timelines to meet and wanted assurances Centaurus could meet those timelines prior to us wiring the retainer. We were very responsive to all request for documents and thought things were going well until we started closing in on our deadline and found out Centarus (Louis Amatucci) had really done zero work on our PPM.
