I am currently seeing Dr. Clements and I find him very competent and I like the way that he troubleshoots in an effort to find the root cause of your medical problems. I have visited this facility several times now due to some issues with sinuses and hearing. Getting your initial appointment can be somewhat frustrating and I really don't know what the issue is there, but it can be difficult. The scheduling and administration have been unprofessional and lack knowledge of how to do their job properly. They have claimed not to have referrals and that one of my children wasn't covered by insurance. When I presented them with proof and pressed for them to look again, they were able to find the appropriate documentation but not without attitude and arguing with me first. Worst doctor's office to deal with which is a shame considering the providers are both knowledgeable and kind.

I had an appointment for my minor child scheduled with them. We were 5 minutes late for an appointment and we had to wait 5 minutes to check in when I had already checked in online because there was only one person upfront. When we got up there we were told by a very rude person whose name begins with R that we would have to reschedule. I have to wonder if they hold themselves to the same standards as their patients. A first impression is a lasting impression and my experience with the front desk staff was one no one should ever have to deal with. Upon arrival, my daughter who is 18 did not have her license on her. We live 20 minutes away from the office and did not think we could get back home and back in time for her appointment. The brunette at the front desk was rude, not willing to accommodate us in any way, and refused to have her office manager come speak with me. My suggestion is to sign in and get some lunch. The shortest wait I've ever had was 1 hour, while most go closer to 2 hours. Front desk has no personality or concern, and not worried they are wasting your day. Update- just walked out of an appointment after waiting over 2 hours and no concern by staff that my 1 year old was getting extremely fussy with such a long wait.
