I am currently seeing Dr. Clements and I find him very competent and I like the way that he troubleshoots in an effort to find the root cause of your medical problems. I have visited this facility several times now due to some issues with sinuses and hearing. Getting your initial appointment can be somewhat frustrating and I really don't know what the issue is there, but it can be difficult. Firstly let me say. Dr. Hilton has been great. He gets 5 stars. He treated both of my sons for frequent ear infections and put their tubes in. The 2 stars is for the supposed “walk in clinic” they boast about having. Do not believe this lie! I repeat… this does not truly exist. What they do have is a provider that has a booked schedule that they will “work you in with”. For years loved this place but because of a scheduling issue for my daughter's tube replacement had to use dr king instead and he decided not to stick to my child's care plan even though he had never met her. Decided she suddenly didn't need tubes anymore and despite my very persistent urging that she did decided that he would see how it went 😡 Canceled our surgery. We have been seeing Dr Giles for a few years now. He is absolutely wonderful and he has a great medical staff. Everyone is kind and helpful. I find that I wait a long time in the waiting room and it can fill up and get very crowded, but he isn’t the only Dr in the office. Small space with older toys for kids to play with while they wait.
The doctors are good. I always make it early to my appointments but never seen at my promised time. I see other people come in after me and they are seen almost right away. Front desk ladies are always rude and short with their statements, don’t even say hello when you go to check in.
