I would love to give a shout out to both Dr. Giles and Dr. Hilton for working so well with my husband. They have been so kind and understanding of his "white coat" fear, making sure that he understood what was going on with his procedures and the progress of his treatments. Would recommend CENTA and both the doctors time and time again.
The waiting time. My last appointment I waited for Dr. Giles for over 45 minutes and that’s not counting the time I spent in the waiting room out front. Back today for a follow up and I sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes so I asked how much longer. The nurse came and got me and here I sit waiting again. I’ve already been waiting another 15 minutes. This is crazy. And I bet if you were 45 minutes late for your appointment, they wouldn’t see you and still charge you for the visit. They really care about you
I was able to get an appointment very quickly and was seen promptly at my scheduled time. I have had sinus issues for many years and Dr Hilton took the time to listen to my history. He was very kind and compassionate and helped resolve my current issue and come up with a preventative game plan. I was very impressed with the care I received. Very happy I went to Centa!
Doctor Giles is not only the best doctor I’ve ever seen, he also is super nice. I drive an hour to see him and I would drive many more if I had to. Thanks for “straightening” my nose out. Literally
So after a couple of days, it has been determined my son has abscess on tonsils and our primary doctor recommended Centa and we got there at scheduled time of 11:30 am. We were greeted by a nice lady who explained safety procedures with the Covid 19 limited entry into the facilities. Yes the idea of doing paperwork and all outside is not a pleasant idea, but I understand. And having ventricle problems and Cancer, I was impressed and the young lady even gave me a mask.
