Waiting forever for schedule appointments is not valuing my time has much has they value there’s. Don’t be greedy and schedule so many appointments
My husband had a diagnosis already when he went to ask for an estimate for a procedure he needed. This was last year and nobody has been able to provide any answers to this day. They were quick at taking money to redo the tests and tell him what he had already told them he needed, though. The funny thing is they called 3 months after my husband's visit to ask if he was still interested in scheduling the procedure, and when I explained why he hadn't done it already, the lady had no idea they were expected to provide an estima... read more
My husband received great care from Dr. Burgueron. Good maintenance through the years.
They did a great job with my 90 year old Mother...she can hear again
I told them that I was using them to get the hearing because they were in our insurance network. They said they only filed insurance for the doctors but not hearing aid. Not one time in all the times I repeated this did they tell me the hearing aid area was not associated with the doctors there. Nor did they tel me that they were not connected to any insurance. They slipped a piece a paper in with the loan to buy the hearing aids as my 84 year old husband was signing them stating they were not connected. Do not use this plac... read more
