what a ridiculous screening process. most places I’ve screened at will have you in and out within 3 hours or less - this place took over 5 hours and they didn’t even do the all the usual procedures. it was just waiting and waiting and more waiting - they take you to a back room to go over the consent form on a folding table and lawn chairs, boxes everywhere and extremely disorganized. they do not care about your time at all. i saw one of the nurses walking around talking on her personal cell phone while working. i haven’t ev... read more

Due to the poor management there is much turn over of the staff . The bettering management of employees would make this place a nicer place but unfortunately they have not found a qualified manager .
The staff is ultra caring and respectful. I’m thankful to get to know amazing people. Brian is such a great coordinator, honest and thoughtful. Didn’t leave a perfect 5 stars because interns can be aggressive or harass you, also the payment could be a little bit better compared to other clinical trials. But what is perfect in life? It was a nice experience overall, once again thank you guys for making my stay as comfortable as could it be.
