My experience with Cencap has been positive most times. However, it is difficult to get someone on the phone to answer questions. Also, they should add DocuSign as a service in order to expedite transactions. Carmen Maldonado has always been very helpful.
BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!! The buisness structure is wack... i been with them for years... and Its IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone at ANY branch. Which is crazy in 2026. No call back features or anything. This just happens to be my oldest account so I keep it open. But there are wayyy better options out there. I wouldn't open an account with them.
