I worked for Cencap Credit Union for a little over three years. I enjoyed the relationships and interaction with my co-workers who were always very helpful if I ever needed assistance. The training I got from the Credit Union was very good. I grew from a part time teller to a full time back up supervisor/EFT specialist. Cencap Federal Credit Union cares about their employees and their members and it shows in everything they do. Management is also very caring and helpful to there staff.
Cencap is not a credit Union for the people. They are very unorganized, unprofessional and have using practices of the past. I hope that with their board of members they will fully train their staff and not rush them through training. Half of the employees are not properly trained and this noted by the fixed information that is given when you speak to different tellers.
They have the best rates on C.D.s! So glad I found them. Stopping in there makes my day. Love my credit union.
