I hired Cen-Tex Gutters in December 2024 for a full installation, and while the initial process seemed fine, the follow-up and quality have been unacceptable. By Spring 2025, the gutters were already overflowing. It took three separate calls and eventually speaking directly with the owner just to get the necessary splash guards installed. Now, the gutters are visibly sagging in multiple areas because they failed to install an adequate number of clips (hangers).
