Took my husband's truck in September of 2021 for head work. The truck sat outside the shop, w the battery unhooked, which caused the tune to be lost. He constantly assured us that the truck would be pulled in the shop and it was never done. Chad doesn't answer his phone when called, and constantly lies about the progress done. He had this truck for 6 months and and did bare minimum to get the truck out of the shop after constant complaints. I would not recommend this shop. I went to Chad 2 days before leaving for a long road trip because the check engine light on my problem ridden truck was on again. He kept it over night and fixed it without charging me and I went on a multi day trip, part of it pulling a camper, and haven’t had any problems since.
My Chevy 5500 went limp just outside of Temple, I was able to get it to their shop where Chad quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Very pleased
