Nice folks. Terrible communication. It was necessary to call another company. There is a difference of opinion between Cen-Tex Aerobic and the other company whether the system has been properly maintained, but the deciding factor came down to responsiveness. Cen-Tex Aerobic said, and I quote "We were too busy to get back to you". I'm glad they have plenty of business, as they won't miss me.

We've been with Cen-Tex Aerobic for more than a decade but will not be renewing service in 2026. Probably one of the lowest fees for a Maintenance contract to be found and they were always so gracious. These days the phone usually just goes to voicemail, and none of the "after hours" or "emergency" numbers is met with any sort of acknowledgment. It is all such a shame. Anyone looking for a septic service company, I would discourage you from using this one. In 10 years, I have called them multiple times, but they rarely answer the phone. They may get back to you that day, or in the next three days or so. I recently had an emergency. I used the emergency number, someone did eventually call me back. They said a technician would come to my home and call me when they were on the way. Eight hours later I had not heard anything, so I called back to ask what the situation was.
