Cen Stone was recommended by my tile supplier for fabrication. Turned out to be a disaster. Once completed there was so much size variation that they could not be used. They denied responsibility and now refusing to respond or take my calls.
CEN Stone has been great to work with. Can, the owner, is hands on and always available for questions. The stone, finish and installations are of the highest quality. They stand by their products and service post installation as well, which we have found to be rare. We look forward to working with them on our next project.
Censtone is great! We're super happy with our bath surround and vanity counter. John and his team helped us bring our dream bathroom to life.
We were very unhappy with Cen Stone. Buyer beware!! It doesn’t matter how low the price is that they give you, it’s not worth the unprofessionalism and the hassle of dealing with this company. Their measurements were completely wrong, they didn’t return to fix any deficiencies and the owner was impossible to deal with even though we paid him 90% of the contract. Very unprofessional and I’m extremely unhappy with the service I received. I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone. About a year ago, I placed an order with this company for a backsplash, an island countertop, three vanities, two built-in cabinets, and the stone for the built-in beside the fireplace. When someone came to take measurements, I clearly told them that the electrical outlet above the stove was not supposed to stay and would be covered by the backsplash stone.
