I had a kitchen countertop installed with a 2-year warranty, but it cracked just a few months after installation. I contacted Can Bey immediately and sent him photos of the damage. Instead of honoring the warranty, he kept delaying me for 14 months. Cen Stone was recommended by my tile supplier for fabrication. Turned out to be a disaster. Once completed there was so much size variation that they could not be used. They denied responsibility and now refusing to respond or take my calls.
CEN Stone has been great to work with. Can, the owner, is hands on and always available for questions. The stone, finish and installations are of the highest quality. They stand by their products and service post installation as well, which we have found to be rare. We look forward to working with them on our next project.
