In November one of Cemstone's trucks side swiped our car while stopped at an intersection in ************. The driver did not stop and had to be pursued for several blocks before stopping and acknowledging what has amounted to $6500 in damages.Despite contacting their corporate office with accident details, a police report, and the proof of insurance provided by their driver they have refused to accept responsibility for the accident or the damages. ************************* at Cemstone Ready Mix Concrete made my experience getting a quote for my project easy and very pleasant! He is knowledgeable, detailed and very easy to communicate with! He made my customer service experience a very good one! Not only was he able to stay within my budget but went the extra mile to try to save me money in other aspects of my project!! I will be recommending him and his products. I will welcome any future business I may have with **** and Cemstone Ready Mix Concrete!!
They provide very poor ready mix also their customer service stinks. I have asked for a better mix design and they produced other mixes that were basically the same. We were sent out a bad mix that could not be finished and then would not budge on charging full price for something we had to RIP back out. Ever seen new concrete that fails, it was probably sent from Cemstone Ready Mix.
