Partner bought directly from Cemoy but it’s been over 4 weeks and not even a single update on the order, no reply via email and no phone to contact. Store was closed on a 2pm Saturday during busy hours at Pitt St Westfields.

A stunning store and the most beautifully presented and packaged skincare, ever. Great place to get skincare advice and play around with the products, the 15min mask collection is so convenient and effective. definitely coming back!
