I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase from Cemento Collection! I used their Emerald 6x6 beveled tile for my bathroom, and the result is absolutely breathtaking. The rich green color and glossy finish add a bold, elegant touch, while the beveled edges catch the light beautifully, giving the entire space incredible depth and character. If you’re considering beautiful tiles for your renovation, I highly recommend Cemento Collection!
I absolutely love the team here. They are patient with ALL my questions and confusion, knowledgeable about everything they have available and greet me with a smile every. Single. Time. I’ve shown up to the showroom. I wish I had ten bathrooms to redo because I’d do them all with Cemento Collection!
I purchased and am having installed tile - the Handmade Moroccan Zellige 4x4 Asparagus Green Terracotta Tile. The quality is AWFUL. Half the tiles are unusable because of chips both in edges and corners as well as the glazing. The quality is POOR and inexcusably bad at this price point. Obviously there’s no quality control in their process. Received a sample from them and I’ve been back-and-forth on purchasing due to the price and I’m not sure how I will do the edging since it’s not polished on the sides. The reason I’m leaving this review is because the times I’ve reached out regarding to my shipment not moving and being told it was due to weather though it was beautiful, or questions about edging - the responses I received were short and not very helpful until I push for more. Great tiles and customer service! The 3x8 and 6x6 field tiles in my photo are from Cemento and look amazing. Additionally, I asked a representative for information and they made a mistake, but were quick to make it right. Overall, great experience.
