Received a sample from them and I’ve been back-and-forth on purchasing due to the price and I’m not sure how I will do the edging since it’s not polished on the sides. The reason I’m leaving this review is because the times I’ve reached out regarding to my shipment not moving and being told it was due to weather though it was beautiful, or questions about edging - the responses I received were short and not very helpful until I push for more. Great tiles and customer service! The 3x8 and 6x6 field tiles in my photo are from Cemento and look amazing. Additionally, I asked a representative for information and they made a mistake, but were quick to make it right. Overall, great experience.
