I purchased tiles from this company, and at the beginning, the experience seemed very positive. The staff was friendly and helpful during the sales process, which made me feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase. However, once the project was completed, I had several unopened boxes of tiles left over and returned to the store to process a return. At that point, the experience completely changed. I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase from Cemento Collection! I used their Emerald 6x6 beveled tile for my bathroom, and the result is absolutely breathtaking.
