After I talked to few contractors that they tried to gauge me, or giving me 2-3 week wait time just for quotes, Todd was breeze of fresh air. Made contact, quote in few days, job well done in 7 days. SO there is still honest contractors, just you need to look for them. Todd is going to be my first call from now on.
