We had such a wonderful experience at Cement Creek Veterinary Hospital. Everyone was so kind to Juniper and really seemed to see and appreciate who she is, which meant a lot to us. Dr. Erickson was wonderful. She explained everything thoroughly and plainly, gave us costs upfront, and walked us through the reasoning behind her recommendations so we understood her thought process. I brought my two cats in earlier this week and could not have been happier with the quality of care they received. Nothing felt rushed, and my cats' comfort and well-being was obviously of utmost importance to the entire staff. Shawna even brough in an Ipad with "kitty t.v." to entertain my kitten. One of my cats needed x-rays, and Dr. Erickson got them done that day, despite a very busy schedule. Today I brought one of my dogs in for a happy visit.
