I was very surprised to see the terrible reviews here! We purchased our alignment machine years ago, off of the recommendation of our trusted Mac Tools distributor. 7 years later, absolutely no regrets. And I couldn't tell you the times we've called customer support, and they absolutely went above and beyond! If I only had time to share some of the positive experiences... I'm a 'sold' client! Look forward to more products in the future! Grateful for you all!

By far the worst alignment machine ever I bought one brand new only used it about 20 times now it has no connection or communication takes about two hours to get it to work if it even will.. had machine for 2 years what a waste of money!

Had a problem with our balancer that is under warranty . Initially we got good support and a part was sent quickly. The part did not fix the issue and we reached out for more support and was told there were two calibrations that needed to be done and we would have that information in an hour. Never saw it……. Calls to sales, tech even their Facebook page went unanswered and voice mail messages ignored. Sent follow up emails directly to the tech support agent that assisted us and never got a reply.
