Great experience overall! Fastest response I've had from ANY service. Literally responded to my request immediately. Juan called me immediately moved my appointment up 3 days sooner than I requested so I wouldn't have to endure the heat any longer. (I didn't want to pay emergency fee for an immediate appointment.) C&EM Technologies, LLC did a great job repairing the clogged sink and doing the heating/ac inspection. I highly recommend them.
C&EM Technologies was very professional and attentive to my A/C issue. My technician, Juan, communicated when he would be arriving to my house and double checked everything before he left. He also made sure to follow up the next few days to make sure everything was okay and working well. I would definitely recommend C&EM Technologies to everyone - they are the best customer service I have ever experienced and are now the only company I trust for my A/C, plumbing, and electrical needs.
We have used C&EM Technologies for several issues and have found them very knowledgeable and professional. They arrive in a timely manner and check and double check their work before leaving. We will continue to call upon them in the future because of their dependability and fair pricing.
The tech was very knowledgeable and corrected some stuff that was not done correctly when our ac was installed by a different company. Very happy with C&EM Technology would recommend them!
