Went in today 9th June at 2.30 waited 10 mins and the chap on service tried to find someone for us, he tried a chap in the office and he would not come out. He then seen someone else in sales and he refused to see us as a meeting was more important than selling us a car, which we knew what one we wanted an Abarth cabriolet. So you have just lost a sale, Cardiff's gain. Absolutely atrocious!!!
