Owner (Dave Wilson) is notorious for skimming off the top of his crews' paycheques; whether it be underreporting hours worked, not honoring contractually established pay raises for obtaining certifications (such as first aid, crew boss, etc), refusing to pay for contractually obligated travel time or standby time, and outright embezzlement by issuing cheques for less money than what's on the employee's payroll.
