I have not paid them yet but they are going to be my pest company! I’m giving them 5 STARS for all the free advice they’ve provided that has prevented me from being exploited by other companies. These people are not about taking you to the bank! Glen and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of just spraying and leaving. Earlier this year I employed the services of one of the countries leading pest control companies to address a problem I was having with rodents inside the walls of my basement. Frankly they were less than useless. Their only interest was signing me up for a long term contract to spray for bugs. They did set a few traps in a service corrider, a crawlspace inside the house as well as bait stations outside the house but after 6 weeks of zero progress they refunded my money. They missed the following items on my home inspection: 1.Out of code dryer venting. 2.Termites in in the fireplace wall "visible by secondary inspector" 3. 2 branch circuits literally by the crawlspace opening. Electrical taped together. 4. Leaking plumbing discharge pipe. 5. Foundational incursion of water. DO not hire them. They missed all of this and then charged 4500 in mold and termites abatement.
