Absolutely disrespectful... DO NOT USE this place. I reached out Via phone call and spoke to Alex there today. I asked if they could help me with a problem and she was extremely disrespectful and wanted nothing to do with my Audi when it is a very simple procedure they could have done on my vehicle. Warning to other customers⛔️they provided No service for my car. the mechanic take a look . I been informed that he’s going to take it back and take a look to give me an estimate, I never been told I have to pay any money . For this manner they could told me to pay whatever amount ??? . I've been to four different Mercedes Benz dealers and two other independent shops and no one comes even close to the knowledge and customer service that David and his family bring to taking care of my sprinter van. We were just starting a 6 week journey from Idaho to Alaska when I got a "check engine" light. Alex squeezed us in on a moment's notice, got a part shipped overnight and our repair was complete the next day. David knows EVERYTHING about Sprinter vans. Don't go anywhere else.
175.00 to tell you that they will double charge you for a repair. Stay away, learn from my mistake. The - reviews are accurate the + are probably family and friends.
I absolutely recommend Celtic Motors. This is a family owned, very high-quality mechanic. I am traveling and living in my Sprinter and was experiencing multiple dash lights. They squeezed me into their schedule and were so accommodating and efficient. Alex, Austin and their dad Dave made a challenging situation as good as it could be. I can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road quickly. 5 Stars!!!!
