I've been to four different Mercedes Benz dealers and two other independent shops and no one comes even close to the knowledge and customer service that David and his family bring to taking care of my sprinter van. We were just starting a 6 week journey from Idaho to Alaska when I got a "check engine" light. Alex squeezed us in on a moment's notice, got a part shipped overnight and our repair was complete the next day. David knows EVERYTHING about Sprinter vans. Don't go anywhere else.
I absolutely recommend Celtic Motors. This is a family owned, very high-quality mechanic. I am traveling and living in my Sprinter and was experiencing multiple dash lights. They squeezed me into their schedule and were so accommodating and efficient. Alex, Austin and their dad Dave made a challenging situation as good as it could be. I can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road quickly. 5 Stars!!!!
Alex from Celtic Motors is rude. If you’re looking for good customer service this place is not it. Or at least don’t speak to Alex. He will make you feel like an inconvenience. He will also make you feel bad for having a question or an opinion about the service being done on your vehicle. THIS SHOP WOULD BE A GOOD SHOP WITHOUT ALEX.
Friendly folks and great service. They've saved me more than a few times and kept my VW on the road. Had a good laugh at the review about being rude. Everyone there has been nothing but sweethearts in my experience.
spent over $2,000 to get my audi back in worse condition. They literally used wood screws to put my air intake back on and it came off while driving and got sucked into the belt. Also it didn’t even seem like they fixed the issue i went in there for. Would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone!
