Came and changed the batteries in my fire alarms no complaints at all. It’s nice to have a kind human being. Take care of something that worried me thank you. Five stars means great excellent
Ben kept me up to date as to when I could expect Alex. Again, Alex was very efficient and personable and did an excellent job fixing the problem with my kitchen sink.
Alex was friendly & professional.
Had a leaking pipe under the sink. We were able to fix it, but wanted it checked by Alex. He checked all the connections and had everything fixed. Thank you Alex.
My parents have lived here for almost 10 years and were very pleased with it up until recently. New management took over and it appears to be going down hill. One tenant has been without a working washing machine for over 7 weeks as management can’t decide if the machine can be repaired or needs replacing. NOT ACCEPTABLE for what they advertise as luxury housing! Maintenance is no longer on site and the response time is unacceptable, if you can get ahold of someone. I cannot recommend living here at this time.
