Five stars is not nearly enough to give this company. My wife and I hired a contractor to remodel our kitchen who took a so called 2-3week job and turned it into almost 6 months with only 1/4 of the job being completed. In comes Celtic, I knew Celtic Contractor for work they were doing across the street at my neighbor's.
