My friend told me he came here and they stole parts out of his system, he hassled them for 3 days to fix his system and put back what they stole, he eventually said he’d take them to court but then all the sudden on the last day he left (3rd day) they called him telling him they’ll give him a new system and they charged him money to buy it. Definitely not a trustworthy shop. I’ll never be going here!
Had a great experience my phone was repaired quickly and looks brand new now. The price was much better than other places in Green Bay. Highly recommend their service !
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I brought in my ps5 to fix the hdmi port which was the ONLY reason I brought it in and now that I paid, I brought it back home and AS SOON as I turned it on it was being EXTREMELY slow, can't even load some apps and getting a software error message. Tried contacting them and they kept declining my calls. In person they tried to say I was trying to scam them and that they can give me a refund but they'll keep the system. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! Brought my fully functioning PS5 to this place to get my HDMI port fixed because the port had gotten broken a day or so before I brought it in. The day I brought it in all seemed well, THE DAY I go to pick it up (3 days later) I brought the system home, obviously happy to play. I get on to THE ABSOLUTE SLOWEST RUNNING PS5 I’ve ever seen, the games wouldn’t even load, whenever I clicked on anything my system would crash, and “system software error” kept popping up everytime I tried to restart the sys... read more
