Fancy looking, but disappointing. Tried this place a few times and Im just not seeing any results really. I used some pretty expensive lotion and Im hardly showing any color. Service there is ok, but not really worth what Im paying. Their beds just dont seem to get hot.

Way overpriced and the previous reviews were right! Very rude, young, and inexperienced staff.
Customer service is awful! I went here after moving to this area and I thought the name Celsius was supposed to mean good service. I was wrong. Their lotions were way too expensive. Then the girl tried to sign me up for a package where money was automatically withdrawn every month, without my permission! Do not sign anything! I wont be back. I hear there are better places close by so theyll probably get my business instead.
I wanted to start a tanning package before my vacation so I came here. When I showed up the receptionist was talking on the phone with her boyfriend and when I was tired of waiting for her to notice me she got upset that I interrupted her personal call! When I asked questions about the beds she didnt know how to answer them so she blew me off and stuck me in a bed without the usual instruction for first-timers. Big chains dont mean great service. I will never go here again!
I had thought that if I went enough they would treat me better, which did happen over a period of 2 years. The last time I was there (2004) was when I had went in for the labor day special ...buy pkg & get same for 1 cent more...I bought a year, I expected to get an additional year. I handed in the flyer they sent me (as requested), well 1 year later & I was asked for proof ...they wanted to know if I had the flyer still...So much for customer service. Expect to wait an hour or more during prom time - no reservations/appoint... read more
Employees are rude and very unprofessional. Would not honor their current advertising promotion. If I were you, I would go somewhere else. Do not give them your hard earned money!
The only place to go for a fantastic tan. Great deals, friendtly people, good atmosphere, its the place to go.
